Mission Statement

Hi, I’m Shelby Souza, mom of one beautiful girly and dog mom to an amazing puppy, and wife to my fantastic husband Nathan. I’ve worked many different jobs from a bagger at a grocery store to, what I thought, my dream job as a Director of Nursing at a retirement living community. While our journey through the covid-19 pandemic has been hard on us all, I found that I was spending more and more time at work than with my family. I made one of the hardest decisions, which was to leave my dream job to be a stay at home mom with my beautiful daughter Vivian. Once being at home all day with my girl, I realized I have no off-switch! I would go from family member to family members homes or businesses and spend my free time organizing closets or rooms or garages to make them more functional for them. The more I was finishing these projects with family and friends, they would all say, “You need to make money off of this!” I would always brush it off saying, “No, it’s just a hobby.” Then, one day, I received a message from my amazing sister in-law stating we need to start a business. This is where our journey begins. I now am blessed to be able to say that I am a Professional Organizer, and I get to spend my work days with one of the most amazing coworkers and spend more time with my family. Hi! I'm Sarah. I am a wife to an amazing husband, mom to two beautiful girls, a handsome little boy, two crazy canine fur babies. I have always absolutely loved organizing! When I was little I always made sure my stuffed animals were lined up by height. Every subject in school had its own folder and nothing but items related to that subject were put in that folder. My mom would get frustrated with me in the grocery store for falling behind because I was too busy arranging the shelves. She would tell me, "That's the kind of job you need when you're old enough. Just organizing shelves and making them look good." Growing up, I never thought you could have a job just organizing all day so I chose a different path, accounting. I have been working in accounting for almost a decade now, but as we are coming out of the pandemic and I have welcomed my third child into the world, I have realized that my true passion is for organizing. I decided to take a step back from accounting to pursue this dream and spend more time with my kids. I am beyond blessed to have a wonderful friend who shares a passion for professional organization, and has joined me in this new adventure!
